    It's been answering so many questions for myself. Now i see why it's hard for people to answer questions that I constantly have since there's so many variables involved. Luckily I'm in my first year of dedicated working out and able to correct things before i end up wasting my time and effort. 1/4 of the way through this book and I'm making headway already. Thanks
